Make an Impact! Are you compassionate, comfortable on the phone, and a good listener? Communication is key as the Surgery Scheduler: you will be interacting with patients to schedule office procedures (both inpatient and outpatient), follow up appointments, and any testing required by the doctor. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure all patient demographics are correct, insurance is verified prior to procedures as well as pre-certifications are acquired. You will also use your keen attention to detail to review necessary medical preps for day of surgery, as well as discuss follow-up with the patients.
