Job Description

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Neuroscience division based in Seattle, covering Washington and Alaska territories. The role focuses on educating healthcare providers about reimbursement processes and removing patient access barriers to J&J therapies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding, and payer requirements
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert for field support team members and account management
• Conduct field-based education, support, and problem-solving aligned with compliance standards
• Build relationships with customers and proactively identify and address access barriers
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, sales, medical science, and managed care colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels including pharmacy and medical benefit
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Current knowledge of product coverage, access policies, and healthcare marketplace conditions
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, and Commercial payer types
