Join ASCENT DEVICE CARE — Uptown Dallas' new phone repair shop (opening December 2026) We're hiring an experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician for our new customer-facing retail repair shop at 4309 Lemmon Ave in Uptown Dallas, opening this December. What you'll do: - Diagnose and repair Apple and Android smartphones and tablets, with a heavy focus on iPhone/iPad screen and battery replacements - Perform charging port repairs, camera replacements, and hardware-level troubleshooting - Greet customers, explain repairs and pricing clearly, and deliver a great in-store experience What you bring: - Proven, hands-on experience repairing iPhone/iPad screens and batteries - Strong electronics troubleshooting and device-diagnostics skills - Customer-facing experience in a retail or repair-shop setting - Soldering or microsoldering experience is a big plus (not required) Why join us: - Full-time role, $40K-$44K/year - Clear growth path: top performers can grow into a Lead Technician role as we expand If you're great with a screwdriver set, take pride in doing repairs right, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.
