To support organizational change in digital service delivery, the full-time Agile Coach will work remotely to help delivery teams adopt agile practices, establish agile portfolio processes, and build an agile culture using lean methodologies. Key Responsibilities Enable delivery teams to adopt agile practices and perform development activities Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile approaches Drive strategic organizational change to support the adoption of agile techniques Required Qualifications At least five years of relevant experience in agile coaching Experience enabling agile delivery and supporting organizational adoption of agile and lean practices Ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders, and facilitate workshops Experience with delivery metrics, status visibility, and cross-team coordination Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach certification or equivalent
