You will build a successful engagement strategy for some part of the Experience organization. Partner with senior leadership to coach and assess product development teams. Provide 1:1 coaching to help level up individuals at Twitter. Contribute to Coaching org Agile strategy development and roadmap. Evaluate team health metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements. Identify ways to continuously optimize and improve performance of teams and groups within your remit.
